Pastry perfection - Edit
What a Tasty trio , after browsing around Toronto one name kept coming up again and again when it came to plant based pastry named the best for a reason and couldn’t pass the opportunity to try
Read moreI got a mix of bakes from the cheese biscuit which we don’t have in the uk unless your counting a sweet biscuit you have with a cuppa tea this reminded me of a savoury scone with a twist , a great base to experiment with spreads and dips
Next was the strawberry cheesecake braid creamy , fruity and thick what else could you want and finally the pizza croissant , flakey and fresh with a lovely filling loved the creativity
One thing that took me by surprise is the sheer size of them all ! In the uk 🇬🇧 you’d need at least 2 pastries to these one , great value and quality a must in Toronto for sure

Tasty Canadian bakes! - Edit
We had the cinnamon cruffin, cinnamon bun, the caramel and raisin tart and the spicy focaccia.
Read moreEverything was great apart from the cinnamon bun. I felt like it didn’t have much cinnamon taste and was mostly milk bread with frosting.
I didn’t expect to like the tart but decided to try since it’s traditionally Canadian. There is something to it!

The BEST pastries ever! - Edit
So many delicious pastries to choose from, it was hard to only choose a few! Decided to get their Pizzeria Pain Au fromage, Brioche cinnamon swirl, and a chocolate chip cookie. I also got their “ice cap” iced coffee, which was delicious as well.
Read moreEverything I ate was delicious… especially their Pizzeria Pain Au fromage, which was probably one of the best vegan pastries I’ve ever had!

Tasty croissants - Edit
They have a pretty large case of pastries and I saw several savory options as well. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich here. I was really impressed with their vegan ham. I believe it’s made from tofu skin? Not sure. It was a bit greasy, but it tasted good.

Good for everything! - Edit
It's a cute little shop with an open bakery, so you see what you get. Outside are two small tables, but a few minutes walk there is a park to sit down.
Read moreThey offer many different pastries, sweet and savoury, and a few freshly made sandwiches (take them hot).
We got a croissant sandwich, hashbrown breakfast sandwich and a pizzeria pan au frommage (contains olives, which i liked a lot). Croissant sandwich a little greasy, but in a normal - and superyummy - way.
Also got an iced coffe with cream and oreo-pieces - SO good!
Took a few good for next day, the garlic nots with marinara are so good and fluffy! Dills in a blanket and coffee cake with cinnamon also tastes good on next day. Sausage in a blanket was a little dry next day (but nothing to complain about).
All in all everything is so perfect! And they also offer good merch😍
Pros: SO TASTY, Nice staff, Many options, lots of flavour

Doesn't Play Nice - Edit
This isn't your average bakery. Everything has an edge, an extra twist, something new. They don't have croissants: they have cheese croissants. They don't have focaccia. They have buffalo focaccia. Salted buckwheat chocolate chip cookies, pan au fromage, raspberry scones, and the list goes on. We stayed relatively safe with the cheese croissant--buttery and flaky with a double layer of savory cheese. It was perfect. Take a walk on the wild side. Try something new. At Bad Attitude Bread, you have no other option.

Everything was a delight - Edit
I love to visit other bakeries on my day off and this one did not disappoint. My friend and I loaded up a box of treats on a rainy day immediately dove in. My favourite is the cinnamon bun and everything bagel bun. Both are incredibly soft and luscious. I love following the owner's Instagram stories and all the shenanigan's of owning a bakery. Plan to take your treats to go as there isn't any seating, but that's the perfect excuse for a baked good picnic when the weather is nice.

I’m a sucker for a savory pastry and great sandwich and they knock it out of the park. When I do get a “sweet” good on occasion, they’re never too sweet! Love this place.
