The eyes had a lot of fun - Edit
The dishes and the drinks look amazing. Serving is very artistic.
Read moreThe drinks (Jessica & Monalisa) were good, I wish there was more alcohol though.
The Spanish vibes looked amazing. I don't like imitations, mainly vegetables and real food but the overall was ok. The croquettes were very good. The Bubita dips were also tasty.
A bit pricy but fair.
Pros: Atmosphere, Aesthetics
Cons: a bit processed imitated food

Best vegan food in Barcelona IMHO - Edit
Funky little place with 100% Spanish vegan menu. I had the mixed tapas plate one night then came back next day to sample the other one. Great flavours, quality ingredients and nice presentation. The vegan cheese and vegan prawns were especially good.

Tourist Trap - Edit
The pictures look waaaaay better than what it tastes like, trust me. The serving is beautiful, but the food is very blant and some of it is just not tasty. The best part of the large mixed platter we ordered were artichokes, which were just taken out of the jar 🥹 I give it points for creativity, but sadly it’s just not good food. Service was ok, and I had a lovely capuccino !

Nice Tapas Bar - Edit
Great spot! More of a tapas style restaurant with portion sizes being fairly good. Gnocci was 10/10 and seafood platter was different but tasty! The Paella was okay. However the sangria was huge! Large drink and was pretty strong. Def worth a visit

Very delicious paella - Edit
It was my first time trying a paella, and I had the vegalenciaga, which was a vegetable mix with vegan "chicken" and I loved it.

Amazing Sangria Cocktails & Tapas - Edit
Dropped in to this hidden gem called Babita for a drink and some tapas and were very impressed. Had the best Sangria cocktails ever, even my partner had one and he’s not a wine drinker at all. The food was delicious too, we tried the Fried gnocchi and mushroom croquettes. Definitely a place to enjoy vegan or not!

disappointing - Edit
Seafood paella was completely cold and by seafood was meant four small pieces of rice? that tasted like nothing recognizable. I had the pan returned and got it back after 15 minutes extremely hot. The rice was burnt black at the bottom of the pan. Unfortunately, the worst food I have eaten during my stay in Barcelona.

100% go here - Edit
I know, some people say the reviews are overrated 🤷♀️ I get it, the paella is slightly under seasoned. But OH MY GOD, the faux fish on this is incredible. I’ve never had shrimp made in this way before. For me, it was definitely a once in a lifetime. I think it also depends on what you order, because we had the potato croquettes and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Soooo delicious. And reasonably priced.

Okay experience - Edit
It was an okay experience—not an overwhelming one. The reviews were overrated. The food was okay and so as the service. Very oily seafood platter and paella. Fruits in the sangria are frozen ones, I think.

This place is somewhat of a tourist trap, no locals eat here as far as I know. There's much better vegan restaurants in the city.

Was a little disappointing, food was okay - Edit
We were soooo excited for this. Online and in reviews we thought it was a small, rustic, authentic spanish place, but in reality it felt very “made for instagram” and staff clearly felt the same. Service was average, clearly used to people just wanting to take pics of the food rather than enjoy a dining experience. Portions were smaller and prices were higher than any other meal we’ve had while out in Barca, and overall it just felt a little unseasoned / dull. We got the ‘chicken’ paella and the vegan fish board. The vegan meats were all tasty just not at all big enough portions for a pair, and we felt let down after seeing so many great reviews.

Paella tasted nice. Yet, I am not an expert. There was chicken paella and a seafood version too. The location was in a small cute square. Friendly young vibe.

The real negative point is the price, it is very expensive for Barcelona, we payed 68.5€ for everything you see in my pictures.

Wouldnt bother to visit again - Edit
Inside of the bar it is nicely decorated. Outside sitting area is not the best since the square is dirty, smells like urine. The tables were sticky, the staff was not exactly friendly. We waited for quite a long time for our food (cca 45 mins). We had beach vibes platter and it was okay but nothing to die for. Considering our average/below average experience I feel like it was overpriced. I think Barcelona has many better and cheaper vegan options.
