Deceptively and knowingly using non-vegan ingredients on vegan orders
A recently former cook at this restaurant has come out as whistleblower to reveal evidence that the owners were knowingly allowing non-vegan ingredients to be used for vegan orders. And the evidence shows that this was just not a one-time honest mistake, but a repeating pattern. This same employee, after quitting for this reason, also filed a complaint with the San Bernardino County Health Department. The inspection noted that they were serving both vegan and non-vegan food. But they claimed this was because they had added a non-vegan menu. But just a couple of days later after the investigation, they are now claiming their 100% vegan again. What the heck is even going on there? Shame!
Folks can read about this in more detail and see the evidence in a Facebook post from the employee. I'm providing a direct link to that post here, but if for whatever reason you cannot use that link, here is how you can search for that post:
1. Search for the "Vegans of the Inland Empire" group on Facebook.
2. Once you're in the group, go to the search bar again, and type in Cafe Organix, and search.
3. Look for the post from a person named Kaori KK (that is the former cook sharing all of this).

Cons: Dishonesty, Lack of transparency, Deceiving vegan customers
NOT Vegan
I'm a former employee of Cafe Organix. The owner clams to be 100% vegan. They are not. I witnessed items with milk in them, being sold as vegan.
The food is amazing, and the flavor never disappoints.
However please be careful, knowing it is not vegan.......vegetarian yes.kjp
Pros: Great taste
Cons: Not vegan , Contains dairy

Used to be Vegan; Dishonest Practices - Edit
They used to tout that they were vegan. A former employee posted videos and texts, showing that certain items contain eggs and dairy. He felt uncomfortable being dishonest with customers, and it didn’t seem like management cared. Now, they are at least shown as being vegetarian here on Happy Cow, but their lack of transparency for a while is concerning.
Read moreAlso, the last time we went, it was 45 minutes before closing, and they wouldn’t seat us. There was no good explanation. They said that their kitchen closed in 15 minutes, which actually underscored that they should have seated us. I waited tables for 10 years and never turned people away a whole 45 minutes prior to closing. Makes no sense.
Really disappointing.
Cons: Service, Lack of transparency
