good!

I didn’t think I’d like this place because it gives off very tex-mex but trying to be authentic vibes. However, I was surprised at the authenticity of the food!

The vegan options are basic— just take out the cheese from vegetarian options like tacos and burritos. I asked my server about vegan options and she was aware enough for me to feel comfortable ordering😄

I got the vegetable burrito without cheese. The first time they brought it out, it had cheese in it. My server was very quick and kind in making me a new one. I thought it was a nice, fresh meal, but it could’ve used some extra flavor depth.

The tomatillo salsa was delicious and actually spicy! They give you free chips and red salsa for the table, but the salsa roja tasted kinda ketchup-y to me, I guess it was just too sweet.

Overall, I think this can hit the spot for a more authentic vegetable burrito, but it isn’t my favorite spot in the world and I don’t feel super drawn back.
