Special occasion dining - Edit
The food was out of this world and the service was impeccable—at times we had 3 staffers at our table. We brought two non-vegans with us and they were blown away. Ordered apps, multiple dishes to share. Recommend getting dishes to share and trying a lot. The Caesar salad and rigatoni were excellent.

Good food but better options in Vegas for the price - Edit
Overall the food was good. I was really impressed with the calamari!!! The Cacio de Pepe didn't have all that much flavor. The restaurant had a good atmosphere. If you want a more intimate setting see if you can request a table away from the gaming area as it is an open concept.

Genuinely the best meal I can ever remember having since being vegan. From start to finish everything was amazing. I felt like I had so much choice, and it felt like a real dining experience. The service was on point and the atmosphere great. Such a nice meal shared with my partner

Brunch & Dinner - Edit
Went here for dinner on Wednesday and returned for Sunday brunch. Dinner was excellent and the service was very attentive. Timing between drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert was perfect. Some favourites from Sunday brunch were the vegan eggs, French toast and the blue cheese (same cheese from the cheese plate at super). Would definitely recommend.

This has to be the best vegan food I have ever had. The calamari appetizer tasted just like calamari. My girlfriend had the mushroom steak. It tasted like a real steak. I had the lasagna it was for sure. The best lasagna I’ve had.

Based on Impossible Food - Edit
The only protein items are Impossible Food products. No seitan, tofu tempeh, or TVP. The other selection of a chewy items is mushrooms. It is very well done and tasty. However, no way to consider this an upscale or accomplished vegan restaurant if all they have is this highly processed junk Impossible Food. Common folks, get with it- real food. Learn to work with it.

Crossroads Kitchen on the Las Vegas Strip is a vegan paradise! The chic decor, with dark wood and rock ‘n’ roll vibes, sets the perfect scene. The squash blossoms and lasagna are absolute must-tries, bursting with flavor and creativity. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. Whether you’re vegan or just curious, Crossroads Kitchen is a culinary adventure you won’t forget. 🌱🍕🎸

Top Notch in Vegas - Edit
I’ve been to Crossroads in LA a few times, and the menu is similar but my Vegas visit was a revelation!
Read moreNaturally we had the Zucchini Blossoms and Carbonara (complete with vegan egg that looks so real), our go to’s on all Crossroad Menus. This time we also tried the Mushroom Scallops which were out of this world, and the Scallopini Parmesan that was mind blowing. Top notch fine dining all around!

This upscale restaurant is the pride of the hotel complex at Hilton resorts world. Sunday Brunch is off the hook and the lunch and dinner menu is really creative, filling and unique. They featured a Lion’s Mane steak with bechamel sauce, great curries, a big menu. Live music at a grand piano, cool staff. Wow!

Sunday Brunch Buffet - Edit
Did the brunch buffet for Father’s Day. Overall a wonderful experience, just a couple of swings and misses. But again, overall great and really not ridiculously priced at all at $48 per adult.
Read moreThe highlight for me was the bagel bar. That alone made the experience worth it. Bagels, carrot lox, some kind of faux whitefish, kelp caviar, a few different crème cheeses, All the accoutrement. All perfectly executed and true to the original flavors. Could have stayed there all day.
The fruit and cheese board was ridiculous! That Brie and blue cheese was amazingly real tasting. And nice fresh grapes and other fruits. The pasta bar was also a nice touch. And there was a stand with all the usual breakfast suspects; scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast. Pancakes, chick’n and waffles, Eggs Florentine, etc.
As far as those misses I was talking. About;
1) there was no crostini for the fruit and cheese board. You really need crostini to put the cheese on. I asked a few people working the buffet if they were going to put some out and it was as if they had no clue what I was talking. About or what crostini is. They finally put out some Simple Mills crackers which are hardly crostini.
2) the pasta at the pasta bar was just made overly spicy. The wife and I like spice but this was just a bit too much. We heard a few other patrons saying the same thing.
3) no potato rosti- was really looking forward to trying this. They were substituted with some boring breakfast potatoes.
4) some of the hot breakfast standards were just kind of whatever. Was really looking forward to the chicken and waffles. Don’t get me wrong, they were really good, just not amazing. Pancakes- good, not amazing. French toast- good, not amazing. Sausage was odd, overly sagey tasing. Bacon was quite tasty, very crispy and interesting. Not like any vegan bacon I’ve ever had.
Overall a great experience and I would absolutely go back. I just think for how far they hit it out of the park on 75% of the buffet, the other 25% was just not quite up to that “out of the park” standard.

Pros: Bagel bar was Devine- worth it alone, Great staff- attentive, friendly, Great price for AYCE, Vegan, and on strip
Cons: Breakfast standards just ok, No crostini for cheeses, No potato rosti.

Absolutely wonderful, but be prepared to drop some cash. - Edit
Here in Vegas for Punk Rock Bowling and had to check it out. Being vegan for most of my adult life, this was my first experience with "fine dining". We had the Spinach Ricotta Tortelli and the Bolognese for mains, the cheese plate for starters (amazing), the banana pudding and the ice cream topped brownie (delish), a matcha mocktail, and the cucumber fuzz mocktail.
Read moreDownside: We were seated next to entrance to casino, so it felt like we were in a food court. Service was a bit clunky but it could've just been new people. Also, I felt that the 4 tiny slices of baguette was insufficient for the amount of cheese on the cheese plate.
Pros: Fine dining quality and def not phoned in., Everything is vegan.
Cons: Seated next to entrance had food court vibes. , The service was a bit haphazard. , Cheese to bread ratio for cheese plate.
RyanM.Dreier
FYI the seating next to the entrance is the only thing that kept this from a 5⭐

Very good - Edit
Went here for a birthday dinner recently. The service was great and it’s located in a very pretty resort. The cheese plate was delicious and tasted just like dairy cheese. For entrees we got the scallopini piccata which was amazing and my partner got the sausage pizza which was pretty average. Drinks we got were very good too. Overall great experience just the pizza was a little lacking imo.

Awesome vegan brunch! - Edit
Great variety of tasty items! The best breaded vegan chicken I’ve ever had anywhere! Super tasty pesto (also best pesto I’ve had). The vegan bacon-hubby avoided it because he said it didn’t look like it would be good & then proceeded to eat several pieces after trying mine. Also enjoyed the vegan cheeses and vegan tiramisu. We will definitely be back. Our waiter-Andrew-was excellent as well. 😀

BRUNCH, WOW - Edit
Went back to Crossroads for their brunch, even though my dinner experience from last year was lackluster. It was $48 pp and WORTH EVERY PENNY. Brunch staples included pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Surprise bonus of eggs Benedict, bagels with lox and whitefish, cheese board, fried chicken, and a made to order pasta station.
Read moreIt was so good we ventured back for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the Scallopini Piccata, Lion’s Mane Skewers, and Wedge Salad. I’m a believer.

Overrated imo - Edit
I’ve heard about crossroads for years and finally went and was somewhat let down. The spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good, cauliflower was eh, and sorbet was delicious. But for the price I feel like you can get better, for example Hella Kitchen in Vegas had cheaper vegan items that tasted better. Not in Vegas but Pura Vita Hollywood is much better as well.

Cons: Flavor wasn’t up to par of the prices
