THE BEST IN ISTANBUL - Edit
I recommend Ethique to everyone. It’s my favorite cafe/bakery (and brunch place?). I’ve been ordering online from them for a long time now and finally visited the actual location, which is lovely but just a bit far from everything.. Still, I love this place! I’ve been trying to taste everything on the menu, and I have not been disappointed so far.

Great patisserie in Istambul - Edit
A fancy patisserie with French-style pastries. A very nice place with a lot of variety. They also have meals and they are delicious. We ordered the burger and the club sandwich and they were so tasty... For dessert we went for the hazelnut brownie and the tiramisu croissant and they were completely mouthwatering. Things are worth the price! #Veganuary

I saw some people posting about how it was worth the taxi ride to get here…so I decided to see if it was worth it to walk 10km there. It absolutely was. The sandwiches I tried were delicious. The drinks amazing. The sweets, out of this world. The service, very friendly. Highly recommended.

Read moreWe took a roughly 40 min trip to get here from the centre of Istanbul and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
The food here is simply amazing.
We had the bbq mushroom Baguette and the harissa croissant sandwich. These were both so flavourful and tasty the mushroom sandwich is worth it alone for the fresh made bread it comes in.
We also had some of the cakes afterwards: the napoleon was a highlight, the raffaelo was really tasty, the opera cake was ok but I would choose the other two over this one.
I can not recommend here enough. As a vegan you simply must go.
We took away some pastry to have on our tour a few days later and they were all still amazing!
We came back again for our final meal in Istanbul. We had the burger and the tart. They were both very filling and tasty. The strawberry tart and the black mamba were also top notch.
Can not praise this place highly enough. If you are in Istanbul please make the trip across. You will not regret it.
