Not sure if this place exists any more, or if it’s just at a different address. Walked around the square several times trying to find this place but couldn’t see it anywhere. The map marker points at Galeries Lafayette.

A kiosk selling vegan falafel and salads - Edit
Nice seems to be losing vegan restaurants so it was a relief to find FALAFEL. You order falafel in pitta bread or a bowl and add salads and sauces. I think the only non vegan ingredient is cheese, but do check. You order on a screen. Seating is at outside tables. A very helpful and friendly server. Take away and delivery also available.
