They reduced their vegan offer - Edit
Edit: sadly, after being a regular customer for several years, I have to change my review.
Read moreI used to love this place because it felt very inclusive, with several good vegan options. Unfortunately, the menu recently changed and they removed the only real vegan sweet brunch option (a delicious loaded vegan waffle) and replaced it with pancakes containing eggs and milk. When I asked why, I was told they reduced the menu during winter due to fewer customers. However, the vegan option was not simply removed, it was replaced with an animal-based one. Vegan pancakes with optional toppings would have worked for everyone.
They offered me the yogurt with granola instead, but it was labeled “gluten-free”, not vegan, which means that the difference between vegan and gluten-free is not well understood by the staff.
I also don’t understand why they sell two almost identical carrot cakes, one vegan and one non-vegan, when the vegan version is already very good. Even one of my non-vegan friends tried it and ended up ordering the vegan one because they liked it so much.
I really hope they improve the menu again, but as of the end of May, nothing has changed yet.

The vegan falafel bowls were really nice but a bit overpriced. They only had one vegan dessert, carrot cake. You have to pay an extra fee for plant milk.
Read moreThe first waiter we met was rude (why put up a sign saying you need to wait to be seated if you’re then going to complain at people for waiting at the sign?) and the second one just confused. They serve a ton of animal products so I’d only recommend going here if all the veg places are closed.

We had a very nice brunch there today, the avocado toast was nice and the breakfast menu is available until 3. The drinks are available with oat, almond or coconut milk, also nice ambiente, friendly staff. They also had vegan banana bread that was good :)

Schönes Café mit ein paar veganen Optionen – was in Nizza leider selten ist. Es gibt Avocado-Toast, eine vegane Bowl (auch morgens erhältlich), vegane Pancakes und einen veganen Burger.

Weniger schön: 80 Cent Aufpreis für einen Schluck Hafermilch im Kaffee – leider typisch für Nizza.
Personal ist freundlich, Atmosphäre entspannt. Bestellt wird an der Theke, das Essen kommt an den Tisch. Ich komme gerne wieder.
