Ordered vegan pizza, got dairy instead... VEGANS BEWARE :(
We ordered vegan pizza and got served a cheese one. It had a bunch of toppings on it, so it took us a couple of bites of eating it to figure it out.
The server was very sweet and apologetic, but her apologies will not undo me being violently ill for the next two days from eating dairy and ruining our trip to Salem that was supposed to be festive and fun. We had to end the trip early and head home immediately because I almost immediately after started experiencing digestive discomfort, hiccups, and nausea. Thanks for comping the pizza and literally nothing else - we felt SO taken care of after you negligently gave us food poisoning.
Absolutely will not EVER be coming back.
Cons: Fed us dairy, Gave us excuses as to why it happened , Only comped pizza

It didn't spread. - Edit
I said to the waitress, "it doesn't taste bad, but where's all the cheese?" I was told the cheese (I ordered 1/2 vegan mozzarella and 1/2 vegan cheddar w/veg sausage) simply didn't spread. As a result, the pizza I ordered was mostly red sauce with globs of cheese here and there. The crust was also a little dark, but I've never held that against a pie as long as the other components were on point. Look, the waitress was really nice and helpful when I placed my order. It tasted fine. I could eat it. I'm a push over, I admit it. I'll pay full price and leave a negative review. Call me out on it. But I came for vegan cheese and that didn't go well. It functionally didn't work. I can't say this was a passable performance. If I were in Salem again, I would give them another shot because I appreciate that they carry veg alternatives. But at that price (18 bucks); given this experience, if I had to pick, I would drive 40 minutes to The Portland Pie Co. in Manchester, NH for a vegan pizza even tho Saucer is only 17 minutes from my place. I would relay this experience to other vegans if asked.
