Read moreUPDATE: I was excited to try their new Alberta location but everything tasted a bit bland and could've used more salt. Hopefully this was one off day but in my experience, it wouldn't be the first place to move to a new location but have worse food.

Small Place, Big Plate - Edit
The three Sambusa were filled with lentil and serrano pepper. The description mentioned diced onion, but I didn't notice any. They were crispy, but bland. However, the Veggie Combo was flavorful. It included cabbage, collard greens, lentils, lettuce and tomatoes, potatoes, and split peas served atop injera.

This place is so unassuming that it is a little too easy to miss, but the rewards are worth it! Very kind staff, the freshest and most bombastically flavorful Ethiopian food I have ever had at very affordable prices!
