i was very glad that this place opened, but I've been there twice so far and it didn't meet my expectations: burgers are very dry, even with the expensive vegan cheese added. Prices are pretty high, too (nearly 15 euros for a full menu), and the service was just terrible, I was barely acknowledge even though we were only two people there.

Go there once to have a quick meal and see for yourself, but don't expect more than the fact that it's 100% vegan (the only reason I might go there again).

Maybe we're spoiled in Los Angeles, but I took my family to Hank yesterday. We ordered four burgers, fries and two desserts. The burgers were pasty and luke warm. The white bread was not fresh and none of us (including my 12 year old son who will eat any dessert) could eat the chocolate cake or the cookie. The fries were good for being oven baked. Maybe it was just an off day, but we felt like we didn't want others to go out of their way and have the same experience as us. $60 was a lot to spend on a not so great meal.

Went with my fiancee and in laws for a birthday treat. We'd already been to the pizza place which the food and staff were fantastic. So very dissapinted to go here and have staff pull can't be bothered facial expressions and roll their eyes at me because I have allergies. To be told I can't eat there because I have allergies to tomatoes and apparently that darn tomato was everywhere! Walls ceiling floors air etc etc was not only pathetic but a health and safety problem. If this is the case a warning in the website door and windows should be displayed advising tomato allergic customers to not enter as it's everywhere. It's really funny how a. They couldn't be bothered with me and my allergies. And pulled faces about it like children. B. Haven't followed health and safety got allergy specific issues. And c. The hanks pizza place around the corner managed twice not to kill me with this apparent tomato everywhere. All in all their customer service and demeanour was appalling. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years! And if they worked for me I'd fire them! Apparently I didn't miss anything as the burgers that were purchased by my fiancee and in laws were not great. My advice go to the pizza place much friendlier and helpful or the hotvog place much better food much nicer staff.

Les burgers ont peu de goût, les desserts ne sont pas dingues... Season Square est bien meilleur !

every single burger on the menu has sesame listed as an allergen. thanks for the heads! but is there really no option for a bun without sesame? :/
