Hank, short for Have A Nice Karma, opened this location in 2018. Features a menu of flavored burgers, house-made salad, sauces, fries, desserts and beer. Also offers Sunday brunch with scrambled vegan eggs with mushrooms, guacamole, salad, potatoes, croissant, stewed apples/pears, yogurt, toasted bread and drinks. All vegan, with an ecological focus. Delivery via the Eatic, Ubereats and Deliveroo. Reported closed February 2025.

Son muy simpáticos, y el local tiene una zona agradable y tranquila en la parte superior con mesas, un sofá y refill de salsas (ketchup, mostaza, veganesa...)

Vegan-only burger restaurant in a cute side street. We ordered a beyond meat burger with samurai sauce and a house made patty burger with fig sause. Even though I couldn’t taste the fig sauce our order with the fries including vegannaise, mustard and ketchup topping was delicious. the menu offered a fish burger as well as vegan nuggets and milkshakes. The petit menu (simple burger, fries, drink) cost 14 Euros. Most burgers cost 10 euros, special ones 12 euros.

Food was amazing-best vegan burgers and coleslaw ever. We arrived very near to closing time but staff couldn't have been more helpful with explaining the menu and offering us take away as table service had finished.

Hank is a chain of vegan burger restaurants. I really liked them in Paris. This restaurant here in Lyon was also good, but I was not as amazed. Quite a few options cost extra, and overall, the place is not super cheap.

Great vegan junk food, a chain that has branches in a few different cities across France. I love that they offer options for homemade vegetable based burgers and mock meat (I think they use beyond burgers) - great for those who like meat alternatives and those who don't. The vegan cheese fries were also very good.

I had the double smack burger which was really good! Had a sauce that was a little spicy which was amazing. My friend who is a carnivore had the steak beyond burger and said it was good but didn’t taste like a real burger. 🤷🏼♀️ Personally- I don’t like when it tastes too much like the real thing so I didn’t notice that.
