My husband and I planned on visiting your restaurant driving a considerable distance prior to a concert a few hours later. However on arrival we only pushed around by staff who couldn't even greet or explain how to order. Then someone at the bar gave me a menu; my husband and I finally found a table after 20 minutes. Then as he was the next person to order a staff member ripped down the menu on the wall and took the menu from him saying "kitchen is closed". Never has such a thing happened to us anywhere in the world! While standing in line with star who clearly saw we were there, refused us. One female employee went in the kitchen to see if there was something they could put together, but we were told no! Why give us a menu at the bar if it's impossible to order? We both left speechless. It was my husbands first visit to Hamburg; we'll certainly return to the city, but clearly not this restaurant. There are far better options who clearly understand customer service.
