Great vegan options - Edit
This is a great quicky breakfast spot for vegans if you live in the area or are just visiting. I’m vegan and I currently work at Java Earth so I’ve come to learn and love our vegan options.
Read moreFirst up is Deb’s toast named after our owner! It’s already marked vegan on the menu and it’s basically a spruced up version of avocado toast. It comes on a thick piece of toasted sourdough piled high with avocado, cucumber, pickled red onion, micro greens and a lemon vinaigrette.
My personal favorite breakfast item on the menu is our soy chorizo burrito made vegan by asking for it without egg and cheese and having them add extra hashbrowns, pico de gallo and spinach at no extra charge. It’s honestly one of the best vegan breakfast burritos I’ve had, so if you’re looking for something savory definitely order that.
We also have açaí bowls and delicious smoothies all already made vegan. And if you want to add protein powder to one of the smoothies we use a plant-based one! We have a healthy lunch bowl called the be well bowl that’s pretty good (the cilantro tahini dressing makes it) and other vegan toasts/bagel sandwiches but I’m running out of time and energy to write about them haha.
As for the drinks we offer almond, oat, coconut and pistachio milks as our non-dairy substitutes. My favorite is our nitro cold brew with a little agave and coconut milk! Anyways come check it out!

Java Earth - Edit
I got an overnight oats bowl from here and it was just okay. It was a little flavorless and had a chunk of peanut butter on top that was hard to mix in. The strawberries had begun to go bad. Not worth the price. They need more vegan options. The bagels are vegan but not the cream cheeses.
