Listed themselves in Happy Cow as "vegetarian friendly", yet offers only ONE vegan/vegetarian option with NO allowance to modify - they are very unaccomodating with a strict, "No substitutions!" policy. Ramen was good, but what choice do you have if you only have one? I won't be back as I left feeling that my presence was too inconvenient for them. Happy Cow needs to look into restaurants that state 'options available' when they only bother to give you a single one.
