Read a previous review of a pastry with a raspberry in it that rose my interest. I found it and I think it was called Creme Linse or something in the vicinity, a croissant/wienerbrød-like round thing with a sweet cream inside and a raspberry on top. This was a nice combination and I'm very pleased with my choice, mmmmm!
Read moreI also tested a seasonal fastelavnsbolle (a ball to get fat before fasting, but fortunately no one is religious in these parts of the world anymore, so now it's only for getting fat as any other week) and it was the first time trying the Danish version. It's a bit like a ball of croissant with whipped vanilla cream inside. This was really heavy and I couldn't finish the final cream but happy to have tested it.

Absolutely loved this place. Went with my Omni partner who loved it too. The vanilla pastry was so delicious (tasty, buttery and had that outside crunch) I went back another time and brought an extra pastry home. They have great croissants and a yummy breakfast plate. Lots of cakes always available but still haven’t tried. Cosy, hygge cafe and outside seating too. Will be back again for sure. Only con is the drinks and most food is relatively expensive, though probably in line with Copenhagen. A few pastries are well priced though, so if just swinging by an excellent choice. Chai latte on oat was amazing. Matcha latte was okay.

I really enjoy spending time with friends in Kaf on a weekend. It has a crazy big selection of vegan cheese cakes but also the croissants and cardamom buns I can recommend. The atmosphere is always cosy and during the summer it's lovely to sit under the trees outside. Highly recommended 😊

The Danish are known for their pastries, especially the kanelsnegle aka cinnamon buns. The ones at Kaf are fully vegan (as is everything on offer in this cosy little café) and just AMAZING! Never had cinnamon buns that good before. They also serve breakfast here and offer a large variety of vegan cakes that look equally delicious. And their coffee is yummie too!
