Too many dead bodies, fully vegan stand - Edit
The fully vegan stand called vegan-vegetarian (listed here separately) has very good food. There are some other vegan options but the main focus of most food stands is dead animals. The atmosphere is good and the live music is nice.

Great vegan options & entertainment - Edit
Came here twice on this trip. Enjoyed the live music and traditional dance. Tried Tofu bites: 100% vegan stall. Got fried mixed tofu for 70 baht. Couldn’t pick up the different flavours in the tofu

Got pancakes with pandan custard and Thai tea custard pancakes at Roll Cation- delicious!
Veggie vegan stall: Northern Thai sausage, yellow curry with roti, noodle dish. Curry good, sausage nice but got a bit samey after a while and noodles bland but combining sausage and noodles solved both problems!

Plenty available - Edit
Most stalls seem to be offering more and more vegan options. There is obviously still the vegan stall and tofu bites, but last time I went, I saw falafel wraps, dumplings, desserts and Chinese food. A safe bet for a nice evening with friends with different tastes/requirements.

Tofu Bites - Edit
Nice food market with a bar and live music. We got the mixed fried tofu from the Tofu Bites stall that is 100% vegan. Other stalls had vegan options too and there was one other stall 'Lanna Vegan - Vegan and Vegetarian'

Lots of options, not perfect but good - Edit
I had a yellow curry from the stall next to the stage which was a bit bland (surprisingly) but it was totally fine. Lots of fruit juice and roti stalls, nice atmosphere

Hotai’s Gyoza has super tasty Vegan Gyozas - Edit
There are some, but not too many, veggie options, but I’m not sure which ones are Vegeterian and which one could be made Vegan, so be sure to check. However, Hotai Gyoza had clearly marked vegan option, and they were super tasty!!
