Visita imprescindible si vas a Oviedo La carta es muy amplia (todo vegeta y vegano), el ambiente es excelente y las propuestas culturales son muy interesantes.

Nos sirvieron rapidísimo y con una amabilidad que no encuentras en otras latitudes. Muy bien de precio también.

Loved everything from LdZ, from the original and varied vegan food offerings, to the extremely large craft beer selection. But there was also a great ambience with live DJ, and the locale was quite artsy and political, advocating for the rights of hearing impaired people.

It is such an interesting concept/space. There's art, music, beer and very good food! Although it is vegetarian, there is a wide range of vegan options, clearly labelled on the menu. Plus, many vegetarian dishes have a vegan counterpart so you won't miss out.

Independientemente de tus preferencias culinarias o estilo de vida creo que La Lata de Zinc es un lugar por el hay que pasar al menos una vez en la vida.
Es de esos lugares con encanto que aunque sea para tomar un refresco, ya habrá merecido la pena.
Imposible arrepentirse de conocer un lugar así.

Una muy buena opción para veganos en Oviedo. Tienen una carta bastante amplia con opciones vegetarianas que pueden adaptar a veganas sin ningún tipo de problema (las pizzas están súper buenas!). Las raciones son grandes, normalmente en mi caso solemos pedir para compartir. Los camareros son muy majos y atentos, además de simpáticos. Tienen también muchas opciones de bebidas y además de realizar conciertos y otros eventos culturales.

Lata de Zinc is a concert venue, but also offers some vegetarian food like pizzas, burgers and soups. I had a very tasty vegan pizza with seasonal vegetables for only 5€. The service is very friendly, and there was some vegan finger food with humus to.

La Lata is nowadays the only 100% vegetarina place in Oviedo. It is also the best venue, but that's another matter. The kitchen is simple, just enough to grab a snack before or after the show. They usually have a couple of pizzas (ask for vegan and they'll skip the cheese), a vegan burger and a dish of the day. But the burger is indeed the best I've tried in Asturias. If the place is full, order quickly as the sell out fast. Worth a visit for a different number of reasons.

La cocina es sencilla, lo justo para picar algo antes o después del espectáculo. Normalmente tienen un par de pizzas (si la pides vegana te la hacen sin queso), una hamburguesa vegana y algún plato del día. Pero la hamburguesa es la mejor que he probado en Asturias. Si está lleno, pide pronto porque se acaban rápido. Merece la pena una visita, por un montón de razones diferentes.
