Best vegan French onion soup in the world. This photo does not do justice to this wonderful soup. The artisanal vegan cheese on top was amazing, the french bread in this soup was incredible and had more character than any of the french breads I've ever had in France, the onions are caramelized with a perfect texture allowing a wide variety of flavors to peak from the onions, the complex mix of spices and flavors in this were mind-blowing. I happened to take a non-veg co-worker to this wonderful restaurant and the look of shock on their face after trying this was priceless. They even admitted without me saying anything that this was the best soup they had ever had.
