Best Brunch in Barcelona! - Edit
Fantastic place! Close to our hotel and we went here 3 times on our 5 day trip. Food is super fresh and tastes delicious. You can tell they care about good quality ingredients. The Shakshuka is 🤤🤤. Shout out to the owner. She always took great care of us even when the restaurant was busy (which it always was). A must visit when you’re in Barcelona!

Perfect Vegan Brunch Spot - Edit
Morgentau is a really cozy spot in Barcelona. The staff were super easy-going and welcoming, which made the whole experience even nicer. I tried the mushroom and cheese vegan omelette, and it was honestly amazing – great flavors, perfect texture, and really satisfying. I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality vegan food in Barcelona!

The server (I believe was the owner) was kind and the service was quick. However at 3 pm they were only serving the daily menu, which was ok, a salad and a curry, but the dessert was really disappointing.

Such friendly staff and was quite busy the morning I went. I had a chai and big breakfast, I thought it was nice not a huge stand out but good nonetheless. The sausage wasn't to my taste and beans were a bit cold but still a decent breakfast!

When we arrived, the cafe was very busy and they ran out of 2 dishes. They also took a while to take our dishes out, however the cafe owner was very apologetic and extremely sweet and gave us lemonade top ups for the inconvenience. The blueberry pancakes and choc waffles were INCREDIBLE. So divine and generous in serving, worth the wait. Very happy with the quality and service here!

The setting is lovely with lots of glass and trees outside. There is a little play area if you have kids which is a nice touch.

The waffles especially were phenomenal and not something you would get anywhere. But every dish was really well flavoured and I would definitely go back.

The chocolate waffles were amazing and as well, the english breakfast. We weren't surprised to hear a Scot was at the helm in the kitchen after having the full english.. SO good.
The chia bowl was delectable and the scramble plate with toast. We went here three times due to the service.. the staff were EXTREMELY friendly and easily the best service in Spain that we experienced.
I cannot wait to come back some day and enjoy it all over again.
