They make a beautiful bagel. I was immediately surprised when I pulled it outta the bag bc it was so soft. The inside was fluffier + doughier than any bagel I’ve had before + I regret eating it rip + dip style bc it absolutely flattened btw my fingers. I wanna try another one + gently cut it in half so I can feel it sink under my teeth, but they don’t sell vegan cream cheese + I’m not about to buy another whole ass tub. For that, they lose a star.

Terrible experience but excellent bagel - Edit
To avoid the long line I put in an order online. When ordering online you can only order by the dozens. I just wanted to try a couple flavors! So now I have some for the freezer. None of their shmears are vegan so I picked up some vegan shmear from Ben and Esther’s before I went down there. So far I’ve the sesame and everything bagels and they’re really good, definitely better than Rubinsteins or Westmans IMO. They’re very fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside. This makes them hard to slice but very tasty. Unfortunately they don’t have pumpernickel or wholewheat bagels. I also wish it wasn’t such a pain to order. In the future I might try delivery.

Many vegan bagel options, very hard to get! Good outside, soft but chewy inside. Can only order online for delivery, they sell out very quickly
