Nos habían dicho que la comida estaba deliciosa pero que las raciones eran muy pequeñas. No nos ha parecido así. Nos parece que la relación entre la calidad, la cantidad y el tipo de restaurante es correcta. Nos ha gustado mucho todo lo que hemos probado. Quizá los bahos han sido lo menos interesante.
Read moreRegresamos a este restaurante porque nos regalaron un menú degustación y esta segunda vez la experiencia fue aún mejor. Para una primera visita y probar un poco de lo mejor, recomiendo mucho optar por la degustación. Cada plato es una explosión de creatividad.

If it was only for the cocktails and the desserts, I would give this restaurant 5 stars... The service was great too. You can definitely tell it's a nice restaurant from the moment you enter the door.
Read moreThe risotto was the only naturally gluten-free option for the mains and they didn't have it (we were the first ones to arrive after opening, so I guess it was out of stock for the day at least). Hubby had to settle for the double burger with a special bun as the only adaptable option. I ordered the tortellonis and they were only 6 of them in the plate (not a good sign if you can count them).
If you're hungry, it might not be the best place to go to. But the quality is Michelin-star level though! The desserts were amazing, although they felt a lot bigger than the mains in terms of quantity (and probably calories), so we left with a craving for more savoury food. Skipping the starter was not a good idea I guess.

Es un restaurante de Chef pero demasiado caro para la cantidad de los platos. Hay muchos restaurantes veganos en Madrid sin ser de chef igual de ricos y te gastas la mitad o menos.

Miso butter onions - Edit
The interior is nice, would have loved to see the little garden, but it was too dark. We had the miso butter onions, Coffee cream sushi, filled Pasta and Peach desser. Unfortunately none of the dishes was more than okay but for okay they were quite pricy. They were nicely decorative on the plates at least. While the waiters were attentive it was quite uncomfortable having them stand very close to our table, since the room was constructed that way, and they couldn't stand further. It almost felt as if we were being observed. The tables itself were also quite small and not smartly constructed. The Wifi as it does so often also in other places did not work, so we needed to ask for a printed menu. The printed menu did not contain Cocktails, they only had the Cocktails in the online menu so we didn't order any. All in all not a bad experience but just a bit expensive for what we got and I didn't find the dishes that creative either.

I thought that the food would be what blew me away about Mudra, but it was honestly just ‘pretty good’. The Phad Thai was fine, creamy cashew sauce w/o much heat, kind of average tempeh, noodles actually a little undercooked. The tortellini were just.. tortellini. Good, but not special. So why the five star? Every single other thing about the place and experience are really, really special. Our server was seriously the best ever. The plating is just beautiful. The interior design of the restaurant makes for a great space you want to be to be in. Thats why we will go back.

Read moreAdemás, pedimos una botella de agua y nos pusieron agua del grifo filtrada y nos la cobraron. Por real decreto, el agua del grifo no se puede cobrar, si pido una botella o bien me pones agua mineral o me pones una jarra del grifo, pero en este último caso no me la cobres.
La limpieza de las paredes del sitio deja que desear también.
La comida la recomiendo, la atención ha sido buena.
Pros: El café está muy rico, Los uramaki son una delicia, Las cebolletas glaseadas son deliciosas
Cons: Cobran el agua del grifo de Madrid y la filtran, La limpieza de las paredes deja mucho que desear, Precios absurdamente altos en algunas cosas.

The food is truly amazing, it is a fusion menu so get ready for incredible flavours. It is very price and the portions are very small, but it is worth it. The service is as good as the food. The staff is kind and they provide an explanation for every dish.

Exclusive Dinner - Edit
if you want to treat yourself a romantic evening and a vegan gourmet dinner, this is the right place to book. Location with soft lighting, good service, refined dishes and excellent flavours. As starters we tried delicious Artichoke tiradito and Baos, then main choices were yummy Pad Thai and sushi (Amazonia, Tokyo & Tempura roll), accompanied with a fresh orange wine. Closed perfectly the dinner with delicious Cheesecake and Chocolate bomb desserts. Of course prices are higher than normal, but eat here at least once it is absolutely worth it!

The sushi is fantastic, our mains were ok but in the pad Thai the spices were missing. It was disappointing. The service was not the level we would have expected in such a first class restaurant. It was neither friendly nor did they look after us. We weren’t asked if we want to drink anything else when our classes were empty nor did the waitress clean our table after she left soya sauce there when she removed the plates. The waitress who served the main course just put the plates in the sauce. We had better dining experiences in less recognised restaurants in Madrid.
