Lives up to the hype! - Edit
Pastabilities is a Syracuse gem, and they have the wait list to prove it. Wait times for in-person dining were over two hours on a Monday night.

The Spicy Hot Tomato Oil (which they're famous for) is a wonderful way to start the meal. (It does contain honey, so vegans take note.)
I ordered the Vegan Meatball Riggies, such was flavorful and good. My omnivore friend was very happy with his Pasta Bolognese.
Overall, Pastabilities is definitely a great place to eat. I'd love it if they expanded someday; they definitely have the demand to warrant it!
Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, including dessert, Friendly staff, No TVs in the bar area
Cons: A bit expensive, Very, very busy with long wait times
