Popped in for a little dessert. The guy working there ( probably the owner! ) was absolutely wonderful and so so sweet. The lemon cheesecake was delicious! The menu looks awesome- a little pricey for burgers but I think everything is organic and home made so it’s worth it😄

Good balance between comfort food and health food - Edit
We had a phad thai, gazpacho, mexican vegan burger and fries with mustard. It came with homemade ice tea. There were several vegan desserts to top it off, although we were too full to try those. The owner was very nice. The only reason I don't give five stars is the lack of a toilet, although I suppose you can just go to the Coffee Club nearby for your post-dinner caffeine fix and restroom break.

Le gérant était d'une gentillesse extrême. Attention, il n'y a pas de toilettes dans le restaurant et très peu de places à l'intérieur, c'est tout petit ! Les plats étaient savoureux (nous avons pris un burger avec du Beyond Meat et une assiette de nouilles aux légumes), bien parfumés et qui calent bien.

Vraiment déçu par ce restaurant, qui semblait pourtant prometteur ! Le Pad Thaï manquait de fraîcheur et il y avait bien plus de nouilles que de légumes… Les frites étaient molles et le brownie un peu fade… enfin on nous a fait payer un supplément pour remplacer le thé de la formule par une infusion (en sachet). Le tout était bien cher compte tenu de la qualité 🫤

A treasure found in Montpellier - Edit
We went to this place twice during our stay in Montpellier and enjoyed every dish we tasted there. Delicious burgers, refreshing Asian inspired soup bowl, addictive deserts and best homemade ice tea ever! The owner is very kind, very friendly and welcoming. Places like Peacefood Cafe should thrive and be an inspiration to other food vendors. It’s very obvious that their motivation is to save the earth by taking the step of going vegan and providing people with plant-based, nonviolent, delicious, humble food.

I can go on and on talking about how much I liked it there and I could give 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible! I am grateful for the food and wish them best of luck!

The service was perfect and I really enjoyed the food, particularly the sauce in the noodle dish. The tiramisu was amazing, my all time favourite dessert that I have missed since going vegan, and it tasted basically the same so it was a lovely treat! A main, drink and dessert came to under €20 which I find very reasonable for the quality given. The choice is quite small but it is run by 2 people with a restaurant of limited space so it's understandable

We absolutely enjoyed our food and the whole experience af the Peacefood Cafe. The burgers were tasty. The cheese on my burger was the best part of it. The whole experience was made amazing by the restaurant host. Felt very welcome. I would advise to arrive on time because inside is not a lot of space to sit. We sat outside at one of the few tables. Also the blueberry cheesecake was nice! If I could give 7 stars I would have😄

This is a small restaurant/café with a reasonable outdoor area, which welcomes dogs (outside, at least). The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, while the food is worth the visit!

Really lovely owner, spoke in English even though my partner spoke French (very unusual for france). Felt like they made an effort here 👏. Beautiful burgers and a lovely soup! The chai is really good also. 100% recommended. Support one of the only vegan restaurants in montpellier!!!

I had an amazing dinner today at Peacefood Café. The food was carefully prepared, tasted excellent and the owner was really lovely. The place was small but beautifully decorated and super cozy. Was not cheap, but definitely worth it! 10/10 recommend this place!

I had the cheeseburger with gazpacho and some tiramisu for dessert. Loved the burger and the gazpacho. The Tiramisu was quite good. I had to wait a bit because there were so many people and just one waiter but he made up for it by being super nice and helpful.

Nous cherchions depuis longtemps un petit restaurant 100% Vegan avec des produits délicieux : c’est chose faite ! Que ce soit les plats (hamburger mexicain et plat du jour), les desserts (cheesecake et crème au caramel : extrêmement bons ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas des pâtisseries veganes), ou encore le thé : nous nous sommes régalé.e.s !
