This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Madrid. The pizzas are simply amazing. The fried polenta starter is out of this world. The staff is super friendly and I love the decor. I 100% recommend.

The Italian Standard - Edit
My newly pizza standard is now based off what I've ate in Roma. All the pizza I ate there were all lightly crispy all around. Even slice/square by the kilo pizza joints, they toasted each piece to a perfect crisp. So far what I had in Barcelona and now Madrid, they all failed my Italian Standard. The taste was about a 4.5 but the texture was a 4, soft and flimsy (like what I had in Barca). And the Beyond sausage tasted like what I remembered what breakfast sausage tasted like. Overall 4 stars.

Maravilloso lugar con una bonita decoración, una atención personalizada y sin duda una comida espectacular. Pedimos el menú del día que era puré de coliflor asada con taboule de coliflor y sus hojas a la plancha y parmentier de castañas con heura en pepitoria. Y también los raviolis rellenos de shitakes. Ordered the eggplant garlic pizza which was super!!!! Loved the cheese on it. Also ordered the tagliatelle with truffle. Didn’t like this one. But the pizza was so good I didn’t care the pasta wasn’t my thing. Booked a table for two days later!

Great selection of different pasta and pizzas, all very original and interesting. They have several 'fake meat' options (eg beyond meat sausage) so perfect place to take non-vegans too. Delicious!

La experiencia ha sido buenísima en todos los sentidos. La comida estaba deliciosa, el precio fue muy asequible y nos sirvieron en abundancia. No me quedé con hambre y eso, en mí, es bastante difícil. La atención del servicio fue estupenda y el local era muy tranquilo, limpio (incluidos los baños) y agradable. Repetiremos seguro.

I’ve been a couple of times to this place, with friends and bf who are not vegan, and everybody loved it. The food is just so good - highly recommend the gnocchi and the pizza with truffles. Besides that, it is located in a cool area and the decoration of the restaurant is so beautiful!

La verdad es que la experiencia no fue mala, el servicio es rápido y los camareros son súper majos, pero la comida deja mucho que desear, son sabores planos, no se siente que la comida está a la altura del aspecto del restaurante. No hay nada que sea directamente malo, pero ciertamente la comida se siente muy casera, demasiado sencilla y no de buena manera. Hemos comida la pizza Dixie y la Beyond sausage. Comimos de postre la coulant de chocolate y la tarta Ferrero, el coulant no gustó, el chocolate estaba arenoso y con sabor diluido, como si hubiesen querido matizar el sabor a chocolate... La tarta Ferrero estuvo buena. Posiblemente lo único que recomendaría. Lo lamento mucho porque me encantan las iniciativas veganas, pero debo ser honesta, le falta mejorar la calidad de la comida.

Not so many things are great in this restaurant, but nothing is outright bad or mediocre. It's not cheap either. Truffle dishes are a must, pizzas are good quality but some of the sauces are not such a great fit for the dish (I'm looking at you squash). Some dishes are also missing just one ingredient to be great, such as adding some vegetable protein so they have some bite (maybe they're into health foods which is respectable).

Probably our best meal in Madrid - Edit
We went here on our last night and after the first bite we wished we had come sooner. Unlike many of the other vegan places in town, this one serves up both heathy food with great flavour. The salad was great and was plenty to share for 2. The stuffed peppers were amazing. The fresh pasta dish was delicious and the pizza with the activated charcoal crust was sooo good! If hadn’t had to leave the next day we would have been back at least a couple more times.

Probamos el menú del día y la pizza con beyond sausage. ¡Estaba todo delicioso! Casi no podíamos acabarlo de lo llenas que estábamos. El postre del día, Pannacotta, estaba brutal, la mejor que he probado. Sin duda volveremos, además el servicio fue muy amable y atento.
