My favorite Indian/Nepalese in the Luxembourg region

I've lost count of how many times I've eaten Khukuri. It's my favorite Indian restaurant in the greater Luxembourg region. The numerous, clearly indicated vegan options are always delicious, the ingredients are fresh (like fresh ginger on the Aloo Gobhi!), the staff is friendly, and delivery is quick. My favorites are the Chana Saag (vegan option), Aloo Gobhi, and Vegetable Pakoras, but everything I've had is good.

Pros: Delicious, clearly marked vegan options, Fresh ingredients, Fast delivery

Cons: Even more vegan options are always welcome
