Opened Jan 2018 by YouTuber Cheap Lazy Vegan. Order takeout with contactless payment via website. For entry, call the listed number upon arrival at The Academy front door. The pick-up/take-out window is on the 6th Street side. Open Tue-Fri 8:30am-2:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-2:00pm. Takeout only during second shift.

While visiting Calgary came to this place on a number of occasions. Tried the breakfast burrito, Benny, bulgogi burrito, katsu curry, japchae and House special. Everything was flavorful but my fav was the burrito and japchae. Will have to visit Calgary again to try the remaining items on the menu!

While visiting Calgary I had to check out this place. It didn’t disappoint at all. My kid had the banana strawberry smoothie (which i sampled of course) , I had the no eggs benni and order the Korean curry and rice for my lunch later that day. All was delicious, I only wish I was able to go more often.

The tofu eggs Benedict is not exactly like a real eggs Benedict but the flavor is definitely still there and it's filling! But the real winner is the Bulgogi wrap. I mean, WOW, it's so insanely delicious. I would love to visit this place a third time if I visit Calgary again.

The food was so good. Best vegan eggz Benny I’ve ever had, the dumplings were delicious and so was the bagel breakfast sandwich. Yum yum! Travel from Ontario to try this restaurant as I watch the owners YouTube channel (cheap lazy vegan).

I've eaten here many times now. I first came before I was vegan and now that I am I come decently often. I order the same thing all the time because I love it. Very cute café and big portions. Staff is very nice too. Spicy Chickin Bowl is amazing — practically the only thing I order because I want it over and over again.

We had an incredible spread at SaVeg! We ordered 5 dishes plus banana bread and were impressed by the rich flavours, large portions, and overall quality. Their iced coffee was also delicious!

I have been here a couple of times.I have had the house special which was okay. I think they heat the food using a microwave which put me off a little. I have also had the tuna poke bowl which I certainly enjoyed.

I had the Spicy Chick'un Bowl and vegan bulgogi. They were both so delicious. I loved all the options there were and how we could add extra veggies. It was prepared really quickly. The price was ok. So happy it is fully vegan! I am excited to go try more options! Probably one of my favourite options in Calgary!

Cute little cafe that is inside the reception area of a gym. The spicy chickun I had was great and not a painful level of spice. The tofu wrap was ok but kind of bland. I Would love to try some more dishes.

There were many menu items that we wanted to try, but went for the Japchae and Sweet Spicy dish. We left behind clean plates. The dumplings are delicious. I could have eaten a plateful! If we had more time in Calgary, we’d definitely go back for the no eggs benny and fishless fish sandwich to try out the tempting non-Korean offerings. The service was quick and we also liked interacting with the person who took our order. She made us feel welcome.

A warm and inviting environment with delicious food and friendly service. I ordered the no eggs benny and my partner ordered the glass noodles. Both dishes were delightful and very fresh tasting. I wish there was a location in BC because I want to visit weekly. You will not be disappointed.
