The food is good, I had peanut soup as a starter and vegan fish salad fries as a main. The place is cozy, especially if you like a mishmash of retro and vintage stuff, which I do. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ll come back when I’m in the area again for sure.

Wir sind durch Zufall in die richtige Gasse eingebogen, und das SOEPP ist uns direkt ins Auge gefallen. Als wir erfuhren, dass es sich um ein veganes Restaurant handelt, war klar, wir bleiben. Die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich, die Auswahl an Essen recht groß für so einen kleinen Laden. Es gibt immer mehrere Tagessuppen, diverse herzhafte Standards und einiges an Nachspeisen. Wir hatten den veganen Dönerteller und den Visch-Salat. Gerne wieder!

The interior of the restaurant is absolutely stuffed full of mismatched vintage furniture, lamps, decor, crockery and houseplants. Even the wait staff was wearing vintage clothing. I loved the atmosphere, it was cozy, like you were sitting in the living room of your ditzy (great)grandma. I tried their lemonade, which was good and had the vegan kapsalon, which tasted amazing and was incredibly filling. My non-vegan parents were nostalgic about the 70s wallpaper & tables and enjoyed the food as well, but I would especially recommend the place to people who like their healthy veggies over highly processed store-bought meat-alternatives.

This is a really top spot! Super interesting interior, with the cosy feel of a retro sale shop. Our food was delicious & original too, e.g. my vegan "fish" salad (starring smoked carrot, and tofu prawns). The fake meat items were lovingly made and very tasty. Good tea and coffee and lots of lovely treats for afters.

This place is like a cute vintage store where you can eat and drink. They have an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and the staff is friendly. However, we might have ended up paying too much, because they couldn’t make a G&T and maybe charged it, even though we ordered a beer instead.
Read moreWe tried the döner dish and the Indonesian peanut dish: both were tasty, but the peanut dish was more special. It had a good sateh taste with a lot of vegan chicken, a good amount of veggies and a low amount of rice.
Their moscow mule and blond beer were good as well.

Bijzondere gerechten in een bijzondere omgeving. Een kruising tussen een winkel en een restaurant met alleen vintage (jaren 60-80) spullen inclusief waar je op zit en van eet. Je kijkt je ogen uit en het eten is al net zo verrassend.

Wij waren met een groepje van 5 personen. We hebben met het voor, hoofd en nagerecht shared dining gedaan met allemaal verschillende gerechten. Alles was heerlijk! Daarnaast was de service fantastisch en de ambiance ontzettend gezellig. Aanrader!!

Read moreWe were surprised by the colorful and cozy interior. The food was very excellent, too. I was the only vegan at our table, but all loved the lunch and would higly recommend it.
I had the indonesian dish with peanutbutter sauce and rice. One of my friends ate the döner and was very happy about the taste. The Curry of my other friend was also delicious. So, we would higly recommend this place and Lunch. :-)

Surely one of the best vegan spots outside of Amsterdam. Freshly prepared & really tasty. We had the pita doener & although I'd argue it technically wasn't pita bread, it was still delicious. Bitterballen are filled with mushroom mix & I'd advise for truffle mayo over mustard. Although 6 for 8.50 is a little steep.

We had two different soups, both very tasty (5 of the 6 soups were vegan). They have had a very busy day, so many dishes were not available, but they informed us nicely and we still got a nice and tasty meal.
