Warto było się przejść i chwilę poczekać - Edit
Fajna mala restauracja. Pyszne jedzenie i świetnie podane. Trochę ciężko trafić, tu podpowiedź... Restauracja znajduje się w bramie na pierwszym piętrze, brakuje szyldu z ulicy więc warto zaglądać za ogrodzenie.

Ukryty skarb - Edit
Wspaniałe, przepięknie podane jedzenie! Restauracja chyba dopiero niedawno otwarta, ale z ogromnym potencjałem. Szef kuchni w pół godziny wyczarował nam rewelacyjne dania i desery. Koniecznie trzeba tu zjeść!

A hidden gem - Edit
Sumac Vegano is located on an upper floor in a small living room atmosphere. The menu offers mainly cuisine from the Peruvian Andes. We chose the Hummus bowl and the mushroom capchi, which is a comforting traditional stew originating from the Cusco region and comes with a bowl of quinoa. Everything was nutritious, aromatic and very satisfying. The chocolate mousse tasted also great and had a nice texture. I specially loved the golden milk, which was one of the best I had.

Best meal I had in Cusco - Edit
This was the most delicious meal I had in Cusco. I had the anticucho de saitan, which is usually on a stick (kebab style), but the food was so good I didn't miss the stick. With the roasted potatoes and vegetables, this was a good sized meal that left me completely satisfied. The place is a little hard to find, tucked into an alley and up a steep flight of stairs, but it was totally worth it. I would definitely go again. A meal like this would be $30 in the US.

Wonderful food - Edit
Quiet, off the street. The food was excellent. I ordered the spring rolls and a mushroom burger and the presentation was beautiful. Highly recommend eating here.

Vegan chaufa with tofu - Edit
I had the chaufa with tofu and you could tell that all ingredients were fresh and it was prepared with care. The place seems to be still new so probably needs time to pick up but the place was totally empty and the service was quite slow. In fact the staff disappeared at some point so I had to look for them in the kitchen to ask the bill. But again food was good.

Every dish was amazing! - Edit
So excited to see a few vegan restaurants in Cusco and this was our first pick. Great menu with several Peruvian interpretations but also other cuisines. Had to try dishes from every course. Left very full and happy.

Cosy little eatery - Edit
Tiny restaurant with a large number of options. Very tasty food and friendly atmosphere. A little hard to find, as it's hidden down a side street! But worth seeking out.

Excellent - Edit
Such an extensive menu it was hard to choose. I had the anticucho de seitan, which was delicious, slightly spicy and beautifully presented. I also got the piqueos to take away for breakfast.
