I had a chance to check this new bakery out. I'm a fun of Italian food definitely; not an expert but it all looked pretty genuine to me. The pizza was good, so was the croissant and maritozzo. I would have loved to seat there at least for 5 minutes, but there aren't many seats unfortunately. The staff was not Italian; that would have made it a bit more authentic. The person was not happy to be there, at least that's how it felt. Beside that, it is a pretty nice place.

In The Sanctuary I get the treats I normally never buy because they are not vegan! High quality Brioche bread, Croissants (unbelievably cripsy and flaky and moist). And do not forget the focaccia! It's very savory and moist and heart-warming.
I recommend going there! If you want a real italian focaccia or crave a - truly - fresh croissant it is your place to be!
Ps: I actually did not fomind the filled brioche buns to be overly delicious. I prefer focacia and croissant more.
Pros: To go - fast service, All vegan treats, Stuff you don't normally get fresh and vegan
Cons: Sold out early, Not much variety
