Great place with vegan options 🌱 - Edit
I think it's a great place to have some tea and a little snack like a sandwich. I had the tempeh one and found it very satisfying and delicious! The banana bread was also delicious and had a good size. They have a biiig selection of tea (surprise). So, in case you're a tea lover, it's perfect for you 😍 big sitting area. I also saw some people working there. The vegan options on the menu are clearly labeled!

Cosy location with different types of seating, plants and a very homey atmosphere. The variety of food was amazing and everything tasted great! You get to chose between five different teas and get an unlimited supply of hot water. Was expecting some spongy cakes, but sadly only raw options were available. Nevertheless would go back again!

Had a lovely high tea at the tea lab. It was rather busy but that made it feel more fun and cozy. The vegan high tea was amazing with lots of variety and unlimited tea refills! Be sure to reserve on time if you want to go on the weekend because it does get really busy!

Expected more. Don’t know why. Cause maybe it looked huge ? It looked pretty ? But in the end, it was basic. The sandwiches where ok and that’s also it. Food that can be made in minutes at home. Beside the cakes then. The service was nice. Happy faces.

Ik kom graag bij the tea lab. Het is een heerlijke plek om te werken. Veel stopcontacten (zeer belangrijk), lekkere koffie en eten. De meiden zijn ook zeer aardig. Het eten en drinken wordt snel geserveerd. Kortom echt een fijne plek om te werken en te eten/drinken!

I had the vegan high tea and found it relatively expensive for what it was because the food was, for the most part, a bit basic. That said, it's still enjoyable, quite healthy, a good amount of food, and just nice to have a vegan high tea option close to the centre.

Unfortunately this place didn’t live up to my expectations. It’s called the tea lab, but the employees don’t know anything about tea. They’ve never heard of pu erh and don’t know the right temperatures for the different teas. The tempeh sandwich wasn’t great either. The bread was to soft for my taste (no sourdough) en the tempeh wasn’t cooked and spiced well which gave it that sour taste. Service is slow. We won’t come back.

Had a high tea here, a lot more healthy options than the ordinary high tea, so thats a big plus. The drinks however are in my opinion overpriced and far from special. But overall oke, I would go there again if i’m around.

Had a delicious high tea here for 23 euro, everything tasted great. Small portions of cakes, banana bread, grilled vegetables salad, sweet potato chickpea salad, power balls, soy yoghurt, spicy pumpkin soup, bread with hummus and jam, and of course unlimited tea. Was ready to explode but it was worth it. Only downsides were the acoustics of the place making it hard to hear conversations, and the slow service.

I really really like it here! I live in Rotterdam and my boyfriend is not a vegan and he likes to have some different options, so this place is perfect - there are delicious vegan options, special dishes that are well taken care of, and also non-vegan options. The coffee is really good, there's different kinds of plantbased milk. There is a super delicious vegan high tea which I totally recommend. This place really took care of the vegan options and took it serious, I love that. I would recommend it to everyone!
