Very bad experience. Went there on Sunday Feb.13th for a Valentine's dinner with my girlfriend. Had a reservation at 5pm. Doors locked. When we got in, we were told to leave in 2hrs because there are another guests reserved for that particular table. Rude. We ordered the 38$ tasting menu and for the first 55min we only received 2 courses. Both cold. BTW the restaurant was freezing cold. I guess they are saving on the heating bill. After we complained about slow service, hungry and frozen, the manager showed up. It was a tattoo freak show. Somebody should tell her that she should hide her tattoos when working in public, especially in restaurant industry since many guests might find them insulting and offensive. However, this manager never apologized nor said she was sorry. Only thing she said was that they are doing everything they could with the fakest of all fake smiles out there. Rude. Server is marching throughout the restaurant in her high heels like a [censored] general, stomping the floor, every few minutes. It's like somebody was hammering nails in your head. The only thing that was ok were some of the meals. Nothing to go crazy about, nothing to come back for and say "Oh, I must have that again", especially not the ice cold edamame, pile of spicy, mouth burning, spinach or a doughnut hard as Gandhi's flipflop, coated in sugar with the poop like looking ice cream. I guess they never heard of a scoop. Also when you are there, please tell them it's winter, people want warm food. Atmosphere was appalling. The décor would fit mental hospital. White, bland, no details, tables are too small for dining. Cars' beams are going straight in your eyes whole evening. I would ask somebody to close the curtains, but you guessed it, there are none. Server removed my cocktail glass before I finished the drink. All in all, a disaster. I will never ever go to this restaurant again, never ever recommend it to anyone nor even lean my bicycle on it. Food is cold and inappropriate for the winter, servers were ignorant and rude with fake smiles. Kitchen is slow. Manager is a tattoo freak that a normal person would get scared of. Bunch a wannabes trying to run a restaurant without a clue about what the service is, why is the personal attire important, what is a meal or a dessert, body language, décor, music, heating , air-conditioning, ambiance,.. Imagine going for a surgery and a surgeon is a high school punk. That's it.
