I really wanted to like this place. My friend who took me here had been over 20 times. She is vegan so there are limited places where we can eat in Tokyo and she spoke enthusiastically of this restaurant. Everything seemed to be fine until she got orange juice at the end of dinner. She noted that it tasted a bit off, like there was alcohol in it. As she continued drinking it a gelatinous glob entered her mouth. There were several in the bottom of the cup. It looked like the orange juice had gone off. We showed the staff the jelly-like substance in the orange juice. All we wanted was for them to toss out the bottle of orange juice they had poured the cup from and to apologize (after all, it's not like we think they maliciously served rotten orange juice). Instead they were very dismissive. They briefly took the orange juice bottle out of the fridge, shook it around a bit, and told us it was freshly opened. They then put it BACK IN the fridge! They barely said sorry or acknowledged that it was a problem. :( My friend threw up when she got home. This incident happened on July 3rd. You can see my original review on their FB. They posted a response today (11 days after the incident) but I do not believe that they contacted their supplier as they claimed. I believe that they wrote that just to save face. I do not think that this a good establishment to eat at. I would have given them a one star rating if possible. I would say avoid this place. My friend and I will NEVER eat there again. If they are serving rotten orange juice I'd hate to think about what else might be happening with other ingredients...

They dont have manners. Food is tasteless. There is no proper place to sit. They serve old, and rotten food. The staff is very loud. If you visit check the bill and total amount properly. It is the worst place I’ve ever seen.

Immediately after eating the lentil curry, my stomach began to hurt, and I’m sure it was the food. I ordered the lentil curry, and the staff gave me the highest spice level without even asking. It was so spicy, yet the food had no flavor. The staff were also rude and we had to ask multiple times which menu items were vegan.
