Haven't tried the food, so no comments about it. Tried going there twice during my visit to Madrid, both for dinner. First time I was told to 'wait about 30 minutes'. Gave up and went somewhere else. Two days later tried again, this time I was chocked: I was told that "alone we can't get you a table, please come either when we open (20h30) or closer to closing time (after 23h00)..." Come on, you should never turn down a customer. There were empty tables inside. So if you are alone, forget about it. Look for somewhere else, there are plenty of good places around.

I tried twice to eat at this restaurant. The first time I was turned away because they had a full house. I understood and came back the next day shortly after they opened. Once again, it was a pretty full place so I was excited to try the food due to the amazing reviews. I asked for a table for 1 and he told me I could sit at a community table. I pointed to a table in the back and he said it was meant for "two or more people." I walked outside and got my boyfriends attention (who was not planning to eat with me) and asked him to join me so that I could utilize that table. We walked in and sat at the same table he said was for "two or more people." The man working there then walked over and instead of a polite greeting he was angry I occupied the table. I responded with "you said this table was for two or more people. We are two people who want to eat here and give your our money for service and food. Can I have a menu?" He threw two spanish menus at me and stomped off and helped another guest instead. It didn't matter if I tried to speak in Spanish or English he was rude both ways. The atmosphere of this place is that they are too good for your business because they are popular enough. I would have given this place no stars if I could have. The food looked good, but I wouldn't know because the staff was too rude to even greet me politely when I walked in not once, but twice.

this restaurant don't respect the clients,they are closed in working hours

Well when a group of three people eat at the same restaurant sharing tapas, and later on they are all sick during the night, I think the best conclusion is that what they ate was bad. Really bad.
