The oldest vegetarian restaurant in Poland, established 1987 and became fully vegan in 2013. On 2 floors and renovated in 2014. The ground floor features a buffet spread of veganized Polish dishes, soups, falafels, and burgers. On the first floor is a world cuisine menu. Open Mon-Thu 09:00-20:00, Fri-Sat 09:00-21:00, Sun 09:00-20:00.

We went upstairs, the food would have gotten 4 stars, we had the deep fries oyster mushroom, and they were good, but came with chips, coleslaw and two mayo based sauces, so everything was rather heavy and could have been lifted up by something fresh. The also had ice cream and cakes.

A lovely laid-back restaurant with a small menu of delicious things. Particularly the salads. We ate downstairs where there is a picture menu. I had stroganoff. It came with buckwheat and a choice of two salads. The cake looked delicious, but we were too full!

Il locale è diviso in due piani, al piano terra è presente una sorta di mensa pronto/servita con piatti da comporre, tutto vegano e buonissimo, con opzioni salutari e deliziose! Hanno di tutto, soia, verdure, patate, seitan autoprodotto, curry rice, goulash, zuppe tipiche polacche, gnocchi tipici polacchi, pierogi e moltissime torte! Al piano di sopra è più stile ristorante che serve soprattutto pasta e pizza. Buonissimo, l’ho letteralmente amato, un posto dove potresti pranzare sano e delizioso ogni giorno! Read moreThe food was good! Not the absolute best. But solid vegan food and in a great location. Right in the main square in Wroclaw. There’s plenty of seating too.
We noticed so many places in Poland offer Fried Oyster Mushroom! It’s not my favorite dish but Vega’s was pretty good. The batter was crunchy and flavorful and the sauces included were really nice. Huge portions too.
We also ordered a ricotta and pesto pizza, which was the highlight of our meal. Super flavorful with a ton of really rich ricotta dollops and sun dried tomatoes on top. Big yum.
For dessert we shared a slice of peanut butter chocolate cake. It was fantastic.

Upstairs and downstairs are different restaurants it seems so check each menu before you decide. I went to the upstairs restaurant for dinner and had the potato pierogi with a raspberry lemonade which was super filling and delicious. I then went back in the morning and got a cupcake for breakfast on the go.

Alle Jahre wieder ist das obere Restaurant ein Muss bei unseren Wroclaw-Besuchen! Wir sind auch so langweilig und bestellen jedes Mal das gleiche - Bibimbap und sehr gute glutenfreie Pizza mit Birne, Walnüssen und veganem Feta. Dazu noch das mega gemütliche Ambiente... Es ist ein bisschen schade, dass man den oberen Teil des Restaurants so leicht übersieht.

Read moreIn the bistro downstairs you can choose from 14 different dishes for lunch. You also get to choose two kinds of salads for most dishes. Everything we tried was amazing!
Also the cakes are really great!
In the restaurant upstairs you can also order food and have breakfast, which we also recommend!
This is a great place if you want to try polish food. The staff is really friendly and everything is quite affordable.

Our first time here, we ate in the lower part of the restaurant (didnt even realise there is another floor upstairs). The food had either no taste or tasted musty, the texture of the seitan steak was like eating a dish washing sponge. It really discouraged me to give them another try

Bar downstairs 08/2024: Didn't really like what I ordered, the fake fish tasted like dry falafel, the salad was pretty bland, the fries were alright. The dip was the best part. Big portions so that's a plus if you're really hungry.

Delicious Vegan Polish Food! - Edit
I went here a few times during my weekend visit, there's a bar downstairs with a menu of mostly traditional Polish dishes which you can get with some very nice salads on the side!
