Good small restaurant with fast (robot) service - Edit
Ok so first of all you will want to come to this place if for no other reason than the adorable robot server who glides around the space delivering dishes you order off a kiosk. It was so cute that I couldn’t help anthropomorphizing it! Honestly it made my night.
Read moreThe food here is good though I admit I’ve had better meals in Seoul. The bulgogi was good but very salty, and the treokbokki tasted great. I also got a salad which was huge and the most expensive thing I ordered by nearly double, and it didn’t impress me to be honest (and took forever to come out of the kitchen, long after everything. Else was finished). My dining partner enjoyed their dolsot bibimbap and it was nice to see a hot pot option, as most vegan places only offer the cold version.

Super great food and fast service. The fake meat is great. Only reason it’s not a 5 is that a lot of the foods are the same, would have loved to see more veggies on the menu just to mix up flavours and textures. Might also just be our fault as we order the spicy chicken, the garlic chicken, and the sweet and sour pork. Super filling the portions are big!

Has all of the staples: bibimbap, japchae, bulgogi, curries, kimchi fried rice, dumplings, gongchae, and several varieties of fried soy chicken and cutlets. Rapid, friendly service, with dishes delivered to your table by a robot. 100% vegan. Amazing kind service with rice candy at the end.

we were very glad to have a vegan restaurant close to our hotel! We tried the kimchi fried rice and bulgogi. Both were good, but seems like the fried “chicken” or dumplings would be even better here!

Definitely check this place out if you’re in Seoul! It’s hard to find a place with lots of authentic vegan food. There are cool robots which bring you your food and drinks. The bathrooms are outside to the left down a hallway and require a code. The food was delicious

I dine here so many times this week. I am not a big fun of mock meat but the chicken with garlic sauce impressed by non-vegan friends (they wanted to come back for more and said it tasted better that other real fried chicken). The beef rice was really yummy and the stews are huge.

Interesting place. I had their chicken poke, which was good, but it had a crazy combo of ingredients - mock chicken, greens, pickled veg, garbanzo beans, tomato, lentil, onion, red cabbage, broccoli, corn, tofu, plus another veg that I could not identify, over brown rice. Totally filling, but I’ve never had such a combo. I would go back. The menu is heavy on the healthy comfort food side.

They have wide range of Korean foods, and some of fusion. Some for 1 person, some for sharing with people. The variety of food choices are great and hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Yummilicious Food and a Robot - Edit
On our first evening in Seoul, we naturally wanted to eat typical Korean food. Vegan Kitchen was the perfect place for this! There is a huge selection from bimbimbap to Korean chicken. Everything could be ordered quickly via a digital display and a little robot rolled up with the food (hello future) 😊 We really enjoyed it, we'll definitely be back!

I find it very hard to find vegan food in Korea. That's why I appreciate Vegan Kitchen, that's a fully plant-based restaurant.

We were tired and hungry and this place was exactly what we needed. We ordered the bibimbap, tteokbokki & fried “chicken”. All of the dishes were delicious. I’ll go back next time I’m in Seoul. Plus the robot waiter is a fun time.

Robot waiter is a funny experience having never seen this before. The food was great I tried a variety of meals over a week visit. When having an issue the staff were always here to help and spoke great English. A good meal to have before or after visiting the tourist spots in the area like the Seoul N-Tower!

I don’t often eat meat substitutes but I tried the vegan chicken with garlic sauce and it was heaven. I could eat it everyday.

Read moreOn the one hand, this kind of food is actually annoyingly hard to get vegan sometimes. They do the fry on the chicken like how Korean fried chicken should be, and the fish stew was remarkably fish-esque in flavor. I would eat here purely on merits of food alone, no questions asked.
Four stars is because it just feels super impersonal being served by a robot. I get it from a business perspective but from a human perspective it’s enough to make me roll my eyes. This opinion will likely wind up over the years as “old man yells at clouds” but oh well.
Definitely worth going to overall. Props for not being owned by a cult.

We visited the restaurant 2 times and both times it was great!! The food is so good and we got it very fast, the robot who brings you food is also fun to see. Ordering food was also very easy because it was via a tablet, so there could be no miscommunication in the case of poor English.
