Cocina deliciosa y muy cuidada. Se nota la mano de los chefs experimentados. Pueden parecer a priori platos sencillos pero cuando los pruebas te das cuenta de que podrían ser alta cocina. Las alcachofas y la miniburguer con queso feta, mis preferidos.

Loved this restaurant, the food was varied and very tasty. We had Tapas dishes and there was plenty of choice. Particularly liked the Samosa Chaat and Patatas Bomba were our favourites along with the crème brûlée.

We had such a wonderful night here. We felt really welcome and the staff were lovely. The tapas dishes were all incredible but we particularly loved the bombas, so much so that we ordered a second plate! I also really enjoyed the crème brulée, which is difficult to come by as a vegan! Definitely one of the pricier places we've visited in Barcelona but it's totally justified. The building itself is also gorgeous and adds to the ambience of the place.

Nothing that hasn't been said yet, but this place is truly worth a visit. The food is so tasty and authentic, and the service was great. Our recommendation: don't miss out on the croquetas and the pa amb tomàquet for a true Spanish/Catalan tapas experience (coming from a Catalan himself 😉). And if you get the Sangría de Cava (you probably should), eat your fruit!!

I totally fell in love with the bombas on the menu. Still thinking about those back home. Damn, I‘d name my first born after the chef!
Also, I never had creme brulèe in my life and when I got to taste this I went straight to heaven. But at the same time to hell cause it tastes like sin. Too good to be true!
Do yourself a favor and plan more than one visit. And order everything on the menu.

My friend and I both had burgers and also shared the artichoke flowers and loved it! I personally prefer (for future visits) to not order the burger again simply because I can get a burger everywhere but the other things on the menu are a rare delicious find! 😁

I ordered a couple of their tapas and tried one of the deserts. The food was very delicious and the staff very friendly. Even though the prices are rather high, I'd definitely return to try more from the menu. :)

Velada is a very well-decorated, rather chic place, offering vegan tapas and cocktails as they advertise. The tapas are very good, even if sometimes of uneven quality. I wasn't too keen on the avocado roasted but the other tapas were excellent. I also tried the cheese platter, which was quite satisfactory. My friends really enjoyed the burger. The cocktails are classic but quite good. The staff are friendly and the place is well worth a visit, even if it's a bit pricey for Barcelona.

We had a few different tapas courses, dessert, sangria and wine. The courses were a mixed bag. Some were excellent, but others were poor. The rainbow salad was a very poor excuse for a salad with very little flavour. The presentation of the food was also left wanting. The sangria was too sweet masking all the flavour of the wine. The service was chaotic in spite of the restaurant not being busy. Things were forgotten and the different courses were delivered in a very staggered fashion instead of all at once. Only one of us was offered dessert.

Read moreIt's just off La Rambla, very close to Placa Reial. The restaurant is lovely - decorative wooden ceiling.
Menu is either tapas (good selection) or burgers, salads. We had 5 tapas which was very filling. 5 tapas, 2 desserts and 2 drinks was Euro 60
As far as we could tell, all of the food was cooked fresh to order, and everything was fully vegan.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommend you give this a try.
