Cocina deliciosa y muy cuidada. Se nota la mano de los chefs experimentados. Pueden parecer a priori platos sencillos pero cuando los pruebas te das cuenta de que podrían ser alta cocina. Las alcachofas y la miniburguer con queso feta, mis preferidos.

We went to Velada on a vegan food tour and it was wonderful. We had potatas bravas, artichoke flowers, stuffed peppers, jackfruit croquettes. All wonderful!

You will not be disappointed if you eat here! The service was top notch, our waiter was really friendly and the food came out at a good pace, unfortunately it was all gone before we knew it! We originally only ordered 1 plate of the croquetas but had to order another as we were hooked! Also, probably the best tasting 'salmon' replacement ive ever had - made from carrots! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in Barcelona.

Nestled centrally in the Barri Gotic you'll find this absolute gem of a restaurant. We had a bunch of their tapas dishes and were delighted. Service was friendly and the food came very quickly 👌 the quality of the dishes was superb!

Could have so easily walked past this, but glad we didn't! Welcoming staff, fully vegan menu of tapas, burgers, bowls etc, good air con and and a welcome piece of tranquility in a bustling area! Also, well priced for great food in a touristy area. Should also mention delicious lemon meringue pie!

Velada is in a great location close to many other shops. The food was high quality and you can tell a lot of though goes into their dishes. I had the salmon tartare and it was very flavour. My favourite part of the meal was dessert, the macarons were absolutely amazing! So soft and fresh tasting! I would recommend the hazelnut ice cream as well

Best vegan restaurant in Barcelona - Edit
I was there with my family (both my parents eat meat) and everybody was absolutely baffled. My parents said it was definitely the most delicious food we ate in Barcelona (and I totally agree). I recommend to order many Tapas and share them together so that you can try different things, because we all loved something we didn’t expect before (and wouldn’t have ordered on our own)🥰

Das Ambiente ist prachtvoll, so auch die Preise. Die Preise allerdings rechtfertigen nicht das, was man dafür erhält. Aufgrund der Bewertungen hatten wir uns für das Velada entschieden. Es war okay. Die Stimmung der Belegschaft schien angespannt, was sich auf den Service niederlegte. Die Burgerportion war klein im Vergleich zu anderen veganen Burgerläden in der Umgebung. Die Tortilla war ganz gut. Grundsätzlich fehlte es etwas an Würze/ Salz. Die Idee der gegrillten Avocado hab ich nicht verstanden, es war eine warme Avocadohälfte mit Nachos und Tomatenstückchen in Zwiebeln ertränkt.

Lovely fresh tasty tapas - Edit
This was a nice surprise to find tucked away just off the Ramblas in Barcelona. The tapas was very nice. The croquettes & samosas were delicious as was the hummus. The ‘not smoked salmon ‘ was very convincing and though we don’t normally eat much processed vegan food made to imitate meat or fish it was very tasty. I would highly recommend a visit if you are a vegan in Barcelona. The service was very warm & friendly too.

Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere (though it doesn’t feel typically Spanish). The food is excellent. Every tapas dish is worth trying, but the Patatas Bravas are divine.
