The Watercourse Way! - Edit
Watercourse is my fave. I bring non-vegans here and they love it too. Breakfast is my favorite meal here but lunch and dinner are also fabulous. The French toast is heaven - and I’m always amazed how fluffy it is after my own futile attempts at making it. If you’re eating with picky non-vegans and you want to introduce them to quality, tasty vegan food, this is the place in Denver.

Go hungry - Edit
Get the shareable chai milkshake and don’t share. It’s the most delicious thing ever. The French toast portion is huge. You can get a side of French toast which is one huge slice. Then get the avocado toast which is made with bread baked there. Bread will melt in your mouth.

Flavorful food - Edit
On vacation and tried restaurant per HappyCow’s advise. Lots of options but I chose the loaded burrito. Portion was large enough for 2 servings but so flavorful that I overate. The service was excellent because of attentive and friendly workers. Patrons all looked pleased.

Excellent plant based food friendly staff! - Edit
I had dinner with work colleagues and everyone loved it. The place is busy but we had nice drinks and appetizers (dumplings and cauliflower wings) at the bar till they called us. The meal was tasty and beautiful. I had the macro platter which was nice, one of my colleagues loved the summer curry

Amazing comfort food!! - Edit
I am so glad I stopped here while visiting Denver. It was happy hour so we tried the Seitan Wings with the orange sesame glaze and they were so tasty. The ranch was really nice too, it almost tasted like tzatziki sauce to me. I ordered the Big Rig breakfast with avocado and it was SO good. The scrambled tofu was super flavorful, but honestly every part of the meal was amazing. I couldn't even finish the meal because the portion was huge! The next time I visit Denver I'm definitely going back!

Go. Just go. - Edit
I mean... wow! Holy cow y’all. My little southern heart couldn’t handle all the killer vegan options. I was blown away. We had the cauliflower fried chicken, a waffle, and the eggs Benedict. I was blown away. I also had a pumpkin cortado, and my husband had the bottomless coffee. They were both great. They also had good cocktails for brunch. Just really good y’all. Just go.

Lots of options, very good food - Edit
Grand menu, heavy on the options. Also heavy on the salt, and some of our entrees came to the table cold. That said, would recommend for anyone looking for good vegan grub in Denver.

It was better before the ownership changed! - Edit
As far as 100% vegan restaurants in Denver, there isn’t much to choose from so I’m thankful that Watercourse exists! It’s decent, I think their breakfast food is the best of the menu, personally. However, before the ownership changed (used to be owned by the same people as City O City) it was much tastier. If I’m choosing between there and City O City for late night vegan food though, I will choose City O every time because I think the food is yummier and it’s wayy less expensive for similar portions!

Incredible experience(s) - Edit
This week we were back home in Denver and had two meals at WaterCourse: breakfast and lunch.

Vegan milkshakes.
The breakfast sandwich is perfect, and Mike loves the Benedict. For lunch I had the blackened tofu Caesar wrap. Delish. The build your own salad has been around forever and still a great option. Mike had the Cuban for lunch and loved it.
Service was perfect both times. To us that means kind, friendly and helpful.
Pros: Vegan milkshakes

I’M SO FULL - Edit
We were in Denver for only a short time so we had to make it count. We had breakfast and dinner here in the same day. Pics uploaded. Biscuits and gravy with country fried “chicken” OMG. Don’t think about the calories, just eat it, it’s glorious. The bbq cauliflower wings were heavenly, the southwest salad was to die for, the classic burger with Canadian tofu bacon was amazing, need I say more? I wish we could have tried everything on the menu. OH I almost forgot the peanut butter chocolate shake.. umm. Like I said, just get one. Fantastic.
