That was me, 9 years ago, bring out the ban hammer. Having the listing remain here, even if it has gone backwards, or always was this bad, allows people to easily find these details. Anyone who cannot make the effort to read a couple of reviews, should ban themselves from reality. If you want the business removed, use the update business info on the right side of the page, it will only take a minute.
