No idea why a vegan would eat somewhere that chooses not to code their menu, that is just asking for trouble. Have to wonder how many people would list themselves as plant based on happycow, if the option were available. I assume people who identify as plant based are not really concerned about eating products derived from animals, whether deliberately, by mistake, or from a somewhat dodgy eatery.
