5 Minute Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, break up the banana and mash with the back of a fork.
Add the peanut butter and mix until completely combined.
Add the flour, baking soda and chocolate chips and combine.
Roll into 7 small balls and press down slightly onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until browned on outside and chewy in the middle.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoyed particularly with some fresh fruit!
