Apple Pie Smoothie

    Dice up your apple and put 3/4 of it into your blender. Add your milk, oats, spices, and optional powder.
    Shake vigorously to get all components incorporated, (less than 10 seconds).
    Blend on smoothie setting for 40-60 seconds, or until it's one smooth consistency.
    Top with optional granola or chocolate chips and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    3/4 apple, diced
    1/4 cup / 60 mL non-dairy milk
    1/4 cup / half a serving of rolled oats (quick-cook or old fashioned)
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2-1 full scoop of peanut butter protein powder (or any protein powder that would go with apple)
