    Instructions

    Slice the hearts of palm 1/2 inch thick.
    Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
    Season one side of the hearts of palm "scallops" and fry for 2 minutes until a brown crust forms.
    Season the other side while crust is forming.
    Flip and cook for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

    1 14 oz can hearts of palm
    Vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon blackened spice
    1 teaspoon Dulse flakes
