Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together the maple syrup and warm water.
In a separate bowl add the wheat flour, salt, baking soda and combine.
Add the water mixture and knead until all ingredients are mixed together.
Let it rest for 20 minutes covered with a kitchen towel.
Bake for 40 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
