    Instructions

    Prepare the salad ingredients by cubing, shredding, breaking down and chopping them up the vegetables.
    Throw the prepared salad ingredients into a bowl and toss them around.
    Place the dressing ingredients into a smaller cup and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
    Pour the dressing on top of the salad and toss the salad once more. Serve and enjoy.

    Ingredients

    For the salad:
    230 gram red lentils, cooked or canned
    6 cucumber slices, cubed
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
    1/2 avocado, cubed
    4-5 pieces of broccoli
    1-2 tablespoon sunflower or pumpkin seeds
    1-2 spring onions, chopped

    For the dressing:
    1 tablespoon tahini
    1 pinch red pepper flakes
    1/2 tablespoon cumin
    1-2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 pinch salt
