    Instructions

    -Mix the milk ,sugar,yeast and,vanilla and let sit for 5 min.
    -Mix flour ,salt, and lemon zest.
    -Combine the oil and milk with the flour until a smooth dough is formed and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
    -Make the filling by desolving the sugar in milk on the stove and add the poppy seeds.
    -Shape the dough into a rectangular shape, about 30 per 25 cm ,and add the filling leaving 2 cm space at the edges.
    -Roll it into place on parchment paper on a tray.
    -Brush with oil and sprinkle sugar on top.
    -Bake at 180C for about 40 min or until the top is golden brown.

    250g flour
    50ml oil
    50 ml warm vegan milk
    50g sugar
    1tbsp instant yeast
    1tbsp vanilla
    1tsp salt
    zest of half a lemon

    200g poppy seeds (or grounded walnut)
    2 tbsp sugar
    4tbsp vegan milk
