Quick Almond Oats

    Instructions

    Set oven to 150C/300F.
    Put almonds on a baking tray and bake for 25 mins.
    Allow to cool.
    Grind in food processor/blender.
    Add oats and blend again.
    Mix with sugar to taste.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
    To eat, add 1/2 cup to a bowl, add hot water allow to rest for 1 minute
    Enjoy!

    150 grams almonds
    150g porridge oats
    30 g coconut sugar
