    Instructions

    Preheat oven at 200C.
    Mix ingredients together with a spoon.
    Add flour and raisins, and mix into dough. It’s okay if the dough is hard.
    Let sit for 20 minutes.
    Form 12 balls out of dough, place on baking sheet, and brush with milk.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

    Ingredients

    50 g vegan butter melted or oil
    500 g flour
    rice or plant milk of choice
    2 handful raisins
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    50 g sugar
    250 mL warm water
    50 g yeast
