    Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180º C.
    Mix everything together in a bowl, using a large spoon. Refrigerate the dough for at least 10 minutes.
    Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on the size of your cookies. When you take them out of the oven, they should have a golden edge but still look raw on the inside - that's how you get chewy cookies. Bake longer if you would like a more crisp texture.

    Ingredients

    1 cup gluten-free flour
    1/4 cup maple syrup (or molasses/any sweet liquid)
    2 dates, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    2-3 tablespoon coconut oil
    2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    Pinch of ginger powder, or to taste
